Things to do on the Farm

Bird Watching
: from the deck of your private woodland glade you might spot and you'll certainly hear birds including woodpeckers, owls, buzzards, jays and if you're lucky kestrels, tree creepers or nightingales.

Stargazing:Low levels of light polution mean that the Milkyway is visible on clear nights around your campfire. Lie in bed and stargaze through the clear window in the roof of your yurt.

Walking: from the door of your yurt into the Golden Valley down through the woods to the river and on to the pub, shop or café? The closest village of Chalford (1.5 miles), has a village shop and a café and Frampton Mansell (1.5 miles), has our local pub The Crown that does great food. We provide laminated maps of the nearest routes and guides for local walks but bring your own OS maps if you want more detail.

Bushcraft, Gardening, Celebrating the Seasons: there's lots going on at the farm - take a look at the courses and events calendar to find out more...
